BlackBox RPM app for iPhone and iPad

Patients participating in Medicares Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program are required to digitally transmit vital data to their primary care provider. Our application allows patients to sync their vital data from wearable devices and manually enter vitals if there is an issue syncing with a wearable device.
